Samantha Carol Holvey (born March 1, 1986) is a beauty queen who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Holvey was born in Houston, Texas, later lived in Morgantown, West Virginia and resided in Buies Creek, North Carolina during her reign. Holvey competed in her first Miss Universe Organization pageant in 2004, when she placed fourth runner-up in the Miss West Virginia Teen USA pageant and in late 2005 won the Miss North Carolina USA 2006 pageant in her first attempt at that title. She succeeded Chelsea Cooley, who held the Miss North Carolina USA 2005 title until she won the Miss USA title in April 2005.

Holvey represented [[North Carolina in the Miss USA 2006 pageant broadcast live from Baltimore, Maryland on April 21, 2006. She did not place in the nationally televised pageant, which was won by Tara Conner of Kentucky.

Holvey graduated from Morgantown High School in Morgantown, West Virginia in 2004 then moved to North Carolina to study Mass Communications from Campbell University. Apart from her studies, she is a producer at the Campbell University Radio Station.

Holvey is a 4-H All-Star and has received the 4-H Spirit of Camp award. She previously represented the United States at the Global Young Leaders Summit. She is also an accomplished volleyball player, having been selected for an All-State Team. Other academic accolations include being listed on Who's Who Among American High School Students, the National Dean's List, and being awarded a Scott E Ellis Scholarship.

Her interests include sand volleyball, dancing, writing, travelling and playing soccer at midnight. She stands 6 feet tall.
