The SaMaKa or "Salvenmaschinenkanonen", was a German 'Flak Gun' mount using multiple MG81 7.92mm GPMG's for rapid fire purposes.
The word SaMaKa or "Salvenmaschinenkanonen" basically means the same as Meroka Machine Gun but this term is mostly used to describe a number of ordinary Machine guns in a multiple mount.
Samaka type GPMG mounts are still used today for different purposes such as mounting them in foxholes, watchtowers, vehicles, aircraft etc.
