Sam Darbyshire (born 1989) is a television actor best known for his role as Jamie "Fletch" Fletcher on the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks. He has, however, also appeared in several advertisements and had a small role in Coronation Street. He belongs to a local youth club where he lives in Standish, Lancashire in which he has been involved in a production of Grease.[1]

Sam says: "I love the idea of entertaining and being on TV. It's what I've always wanted to do. I can't wait to see how Fletch develops - his capers with Josh are hilarious!"[2]
