This image originated from the Patrick Carkin's photo (see his article on the website of Samantha Smith Elementary school: http://schools.lwsd.org/smith/Samantha_Smith.htm ). In the caption below it on the above website is stated:

Samantha Smith and her mother, Jane, try to get some relief from the sun during a Manchester, Maine celebration on July 23, 1983

So, firstly, a link to that Russian website should be provided; secondly, I contacted Patrick Carkin and asked him for the permission to upload the original photo from http://schools.lwsd.org/smith/Samantha_Smith.htm .
