This image is of a DVD cover, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the DVD or the studio which produced the DVD in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of DVD covers
- to illustrate the DVD in question
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,

Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Jack Cox) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the DVD in any way, In fact I personally believe this is helpful to the copyright owner's because it's promoting their product anyway.
- it illustrates an important character that is important to the plot outline.
- The copyright is most likely held by GONZO and FUNImation Entertainment.
