I am a new member to the Wikipedia community, although I have been using and loving the 'pedia for over a year now. I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where I am studying applied physics and mathematics. Aside from my academic and somewhat nerdy intersts, I also love writing fiction, photography, and music, and will hopefully be doing a lot of recording this summer with all of the new recording equipment I just purchased!

My goal in the Wikipedia community, at least for now, is to hopefully to record a lot of articles requested as Spoken Articles. My new recording equipment (a Tascam US-122 USB computer interface and a CAD M179 condenser microphone) will hopefually produce excellent results for these articles. If anyone has any tips for me or suggestions please let me know!
