Salvatore Cezar Pais was born in Romania on September 7, 1967.

He immigrated with his mother to the United States in 1981 and since than has become a prominent scientist and engineer.

He obtained a doctorate in Aerospace Engineering while working as a NASA Graduate Student Research Fellow. His studies and research deal primarily with defense and aerospace related projects.
