Sally Hunter was a fictional character in the long-running Channel 4 British television soap opera Hollyoaks. She was played by actress Katherine Dow Blyton.

Mother of Ellie, Dan, Lee and Lisa as well as the wife of Les. She was also a secondary school science teacher at Hollyoaks Comprehensive.

Les's drinking split him and Sally up for a while after he accidentally hit her while drunk. The two also split when Les wanted to support their selfish daughter Ellie after she destroyed Dan's life. The two were reunited after eldest son Dan died suddenly and Ellie finally scarpered. When all the children had moved out the two sold up to live in Cyprus.
