SALLI, Seksialan liitto (Finnish, United Sex Professionals (Of Finland)) is a union of sex workers in Finland, founded in March 2002. Its main aim is to solve the problems of the sex industry and to give out information about sexually transferred diseases etc. The official Internet site of the organization states that SALLI works for the human rights of sex workers. The organization is referred as more of a human rights organization than a workers' union.
Prostitution is legal in Finland, but has connections to organized crime, for example drug dealing. As well as Finnish, there are also a number of foreign prostitutes working in Finland, especially from Russia and other countries separated from the Soviet Union.
