Salford City F.C.

Salford City F.C. are a football club based in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. In the 2004-05 season, they reached the third round of the FA Vase. They are currently members of the North West Counties Football League Division One. Their home ground is Moor Lane and are nicknamed The Willows or simply 'Sal'. They are affilated to Salford City Reds.
The current first team squad includes former Manchester United winger Ben Thornley.
