Sal Mosca

Sal Mosca(born April 27, 1927 in Mount Vernon, New York) is a jazz pianist who was a student of Lennie Tristano's. He works in cool jazz and post-bop. He began working with Lee Konitz in 1949 and also worked with Warne Marsh. He has spent much of his career teaching and has been relatively inactive since 1992, but did put out a CD in 2004.
