Saku (佐久町; -machi) was a town located in Minamisaku District, Nagano, Japan. As of January 1, 2004, the town has an estimated population of 8,663. The total area is 122.11 km². The town merged with the village of Yachiho on March 20, 2005 to form the new town of Sakuho.
