[edit] Sorting category by last name

Hello, I believe you left me a note asking how to properly sort names in a category by the last name. I have fixed the category link for Corporal Green. Next time you click on "edit this page" for his article you can see how to do it. You need to use the "pipe" command within the category declaration like this: [[Category:Presidents|Washington, George]]. The straight line (pipe) and the last-name-comma-first-name will correct the sorting of the article for you. Hope that helps. ju66l3r 17:05, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Arthur Reginald Green

Hi, I posted on the talk page for Arthur Reginald Green that I would nominate it for deletion if you didn't provide it with a justification for its place on Wikipedia. I won't do this because it seems mean, but I will warn you that unless you do provide one soon another user will come along and nominate it without warning and it WILL be deleted. See WP:BIO for why. I'm afraid that Wikipedia is not a reference of all people ever, and cannot include people without a significant claim to fame, which I'm afraid Arthur Reginald Green does not. Sorry, and good luck, maybe you can find another article to get involved in. (If there is a way in which your article is notable as per the guidelines then you'd better put it in the article as soon as possible).--Jackyd101 03:02, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

I've had the page on my watchlist for a while, and was thinking about WP:AFD. I've done a search of the London Gazette and found no mention of him, which I would expect if he had won some kind of battlefield commendation. If it does go for deletion, you could always move it to your userspace (e.g. User:SaJoLa/Arthur Reginald Green} or something along those lines. Thanks, RHB Talk - Edits 20:20, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
