St. Francis D'Assisi High School, Borivali is one of the landmarks in Borivali and also one of the best schools in Mumbai. It excels in educatio as well as many extra curricular activities. Average results passing out of the school exams (10th Std.) ranges from 99.50% to 100%. Year 2005-06 out of 494 appeared, 199 secured Distinction, 267 got First Class, 27 got Second Class and only 1 student dared to fail from Francis. Francis Football team was outstanding some years back, keeping all the trophys at inter-school level to themselves for more than decade. today they are struggling, but still rank in first three. Education is quality consious.

No school in Mumbai and arround Mumbai provides such big playgrounds as Francis does. Not one, not two, Not three but four very very big playgrounds. Out of these 4 one is often rented to host Football and Cricket tournaments. Campus includes two Church, four Halls, 2 Auditoriums. Not only schooling but Francisian missionaries are also have Junior College,State-of-the-art Technical Institute (can be comapred to VJTI), Degree Engineering College, Management Institute, Fashion Designing Institute, Two Big Hostels for Students, One Boarding (Orphange) for school childrens.

This school is undoubtedly the best option for students residing between Kandivali to Dahisar. Since the school has now also included the syllabus of ICSE board, so it gives a choice to students.
