The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) Green Party was formed on 10 January 2005. Ivan O'Neal is leader of the party.
In elections held on 7 December 2005, the SVG Green Party fielded candidates in four out of the country's 15 constituencies but failed to win any seats, receiving only 34 votes out of more than 57,000 valid votes cast.
