Saint Thomas Lowland is one of 14 administrative parishes that make up Saint Kitts and Nevis. It is located on the island ofNevis and the parish capital is Cotton Ground. Villages within the Parish are Westbury, Cotton Ground, Barnes Ghaut & Jessups. There is also a small section of Craddock road which lies near the St. Paul's Parish, that is part of St. Thomas'.
