The name may also refer to these women who have been beatified, but not yet canonized:

  • Blessed Teresa of Portugal (1181-1250), Benedictine nun, beatified in 1705
  • Blessed Mother Teresa (1910-1997), founder of the Missionaries of Charity, beatified in 2003
