Saint Mary's Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church located in the northwestern Illinois community of East Dubuque. The parish is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Rockford.

Recently, the reassingment of the pastor of St. Mary's has been controversial. The former pastor is not believed to have committed sexual abuse or any other crimes, the Rockford, Illinois Diocese stated that the former pastor had personal issues which led to him being reassigned.
