- A Saint Claudius (d. 696) was the twelfth abbot of Condat, at Saint-Claude, Jura. The town is named after him. His feast is January 4.
- Saint Claudius is the name of one of the Four Crowned Martyrs.
- Saint Claudius, martyr of León, Spain, is one of the sons of Saint Marcellus of Tangier.
- Saints Claudius and Hilaria were two martyrs who were converted by Saints Chrysanthus and Daria.
