Saint-Péray is a wine-growing AOC in the northern Rhône wine region of France.

The wines are exclusively white, made from the Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. Most of the production is vinified as sparkling wines, under the appellation Saint-Péray Mousseux AOC but it exist also expressions of the Roussanne fashioned by some local winemakers.
