Saint-Jean-d'Aulps

Saint-Jean-d'Aulps is a small ski resort in the Haute Savoie region of France, a 5 minute drive from Morzine. There are roughly 2,000 inhabitants, a handful of shops, inlcluding two bars and a couple of restaurants. The skiing area in St Jean d'Aulps is situated above the town and is called the Grande Terche. The skiing area is also part of the larger Portes du Soleil skiing area which includes 13 resorts in France and Switzerland.
