Saihat (Also Syhat) (Arabic:سيهات) is a city in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. It's considered as a medium size city as it is the 8th city with the most population in the Saudi population latter. The number of its population is in growth with latest number +70,000 (2005).

It's a city by the sea lies between Dammam and Qatif with its boundaries merge with Dammam from the South and 6 Km far from Qatif from the North.
