This flag is incorrect. The heraldic description of the Cross of St Alban, Azure, a saltire Or, clearly states that it a yellow cross on a blue background. This picture, on the other hand, has an orange cross on a purple background. For the correct colours, see for example the coat of arms of St Albans on the right.
