Sagewood Middle School is a middle school in Parker, Colorado. It consists of 2 grades, the 7th and 8th. Sagewood is home to the Discovery Program for Gifted and Talented students. Within each grade are four pods (or teams/houses) named after various animals. The 7th grade pods are Lynx, Mountain Lion, Panther, and Tiger. The 8th grade pods are Bobcat, Cougar, Jaguar, and Leopard. Sagewood offers many different sports and has been very successful in District Competition.
The school has earned a "High" rating on the Colorado Student Assessment Program every year since 2001.[1]
