Original objection: After removing the list of "famous residents" and "famous people", there is almost nothing left in this article anymore. There is very little information on the town - only 32 Ghits, clearly nn. Delete until more information comes along.

Including ghits for the old name mentioned in the article pushes it up to 300 in English. Seems notable enough. Hornplease 05:03, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

Aren't all towns notable? We have U.S. town with 2 people in them.--Rayc 03:29, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
