Saeki Kojirou is a fictional character in the anime and manga The Prince of Tennis.

Saeki Kojirou is the vice-captain of Rokkaku Chuu's tennis team. Gifted with incredible motion vision (heightened by Kendo training) and a natural sense of the sport, the laid-back and snarky Saeki makes for a very dangerous opponent.

During a match prior to the Tokyo Prefectural Tournament, Saeki plays a match agains Yuuta Fuji, and is defeated. Later, during the early stages of the Kantou semifinals, with his potential reaching its climax, Saeki completely blows past Eiji Kikumaru of the Seigaku tennis team, whose versatile Acrobatic Play becomes useless. Despite a fabulous start against the Dream Pair (Kikumaru and Shusuke Fuji, who replaces the injured Shuichiro Oishi), Saeki and his partner, Itsuki Marehiko, are unable to keep up when Kikumaru unveils his Seal Step, and Rokkaku loses the match to Seigaku.

The doubles lineup also gives Saeki and Fuji a rare opportunity to confront each other on the courts. Saeki is a good friend of the Fuji brothers, back from the time they all lived in Chiba, and he is aware of the somewhat-still-lingering tension between Fuji and Yuuta. Because of his analytical ability, Saeki dictates the play for Itsuki during the key points.

At the nationals, when Rokkaku plays Higa Middle School, Saeki uses his analytical skills to devise a strategy to seal off Kai Yuujirou's Shukuchihou. Seigaku steps in to cheer him on when Rokkaku is forced to take Oji to the hospital.
