Lucas voiceover: Do you ever wonder if we make the moments in our lives? Or if the moments in our lives make us?

Karen is watching an old video tape of Lucas when he was little. Dan comes by, and Lucas comes in, saying Keith bought him the bike he's riding in the video. Lucas tells her he needs to get his tux, but when he leaves Dan asks if he can take him to get his tux, and asks Karen how Lucas is dealing with what he told Karen about Jimmy not killing Keith.

Glenda runs into Lucas and Peyton at school. Glenda tells him she wants to discuss a chapter of his book, and when Peyton inquires Lucas lies and says he gave Glenda a copy of "The Great Gatsby".

Mouth and Shelly are making out hot and heavy in the Media Center. He asks her abot sharing a limo to prom with Brooke and Chase. The bell rings and they come out to face a group of disapproving Clean Teens members.

Haley asks Brooke if it's a coincidence that she got an A on her last calculus test. Brooke lies and says it is. She says that since Haley was busy she got tutored by Chase. Haley tells her she's the principal's number one suspect.

Deb is back in rehab. She's been sober three weeks and can have visitors but she tells the caretaker no one is coming to see her.

Brooke decides to turn herself in when Rachel shows Brooke a letter at school from Victoria Secret offering her her own fashion line. Rachel says the offer has a morality clause and that they want the "A"-in-calculus-test-Brooke, not the lying, cheating Brooke, and her telling the truth would kill the deal.

The principal gives a pop quiz to all the cheating suspects.

Shelly tells Mouth it's not a good idea for them to be dating, and that Prom is off too.

Brooke is called to the principal's office.

While tux shopping Dan tells Lucas all the talk about Jimmy not killing Keith is upsetting Karen, even though she wouldn't admit it. He asks him to forget about what happened in the hallway. Dan buys Lucas an Armani tux!

Salesman: I'm sorry sir, the Armani is only available for purchase. Dan: I'm aware of that Slick, we'll take the Armani.

Nathan goes to see Deb. She's been sober three weeks. Nathan is hard on her, but tells her thanks for the note. When Deb days she has a disease, Nathan says what Peyton's mother had was a disease, what she has is a problem. He's pretty rough on her.

At the house Dan asks Lucas if he stopped taking his pills during the championship game and when Lucas confirms it, Dan tells him not to do it again and it will be their secret. Meanwhile, inside the house Karen hears their conversation. Karen tells Dan they need to talk about him getting close to Lucas. Dan asks her to dinner. She asks if it's a date but Dan says, "its just dinner."

Brooke is called in by the principal and finds out she passed. He apologizes. She tells Rachel and asks her to look over the VS contract. Rachel tells her she has to hand over the artwork on her designs.

Haley is in the principal's office. He tells her Rachel stole the tests. He fires Haley as a tutor and takes her keys away. She was getting paid to do tutoring. She tells Nathan and says she knew she was right about Rachel and calls her a bitch. Nathan says he regrets going to bat for Rachel. He also tells Haley about Deb and how she needs help to not fall off the wagon. Haley suggests they move in with Deb to help her stay sober, and save money by not having to pay rent. Nathan takes Skillz and Mouth to clear the house of any and all booze and drugs. They find enough alcohol to open a liquor store. Nathan suggest since it's Friday, and Prom is tomorrow they throw a party that night at Deb's

Skillz: Nate's mom's like the alcoholic Easter Bunny!

Peyton goes to see Lucas and he tells her about the book he gave Glenda. After she says she could have been impartial, he tells her she's in it. He starts to try and make-out but she stops him and says she wants their first time to be special, and that his mom might come home. Instead, Brooke pops in while they're on the bed kissing and asks to speak to Peyton.

Lucas to Peyton & Brooke: If you guys get into anything try not to break anything expensive.

Brooke tells Peyton she didn't come to fight and tells her about Victoria Secret and asks her to sign a release for use of her artwork. Peyton’s signs with no hesitation and tells Brooke she's happy for her.

After Peyton signs the form she tells Brooke "You know I love him. I really do. But I never meant for my love for him to hurt you:” Brooke says she knows.

Nathan takes Haley to the house and surprises her with a house full of party people. Skillz tells Mouth Shelley is there. Mouth tells her he doesn't want to hear a "we can be friends speech", and she tells him she's very attached to him and that's why she broke up with him.

Mouth to Shelly: "Let me get this straight. You broke up with me the day before prom because you're really attracted to me? Okay, I think I really need a drink"

Dan takes Karen out to dinner and tells her he wants to be a father to Lucas. She tells him it feels like they're on a date, and that she's pregnant with Keith's child and there's nothing between them. He tells her that since she's alone he wants to be the man she turns to.

At the party Lucas is kind of down about Keith again while looking at a picture of Keith in Nathan's bedroom. Nathan snaps him out of it by telling him their friends will all be going their separate ways soon, so they should go party with them. Nathan also calls Lucas "Big Brother."

Nathan was actually looking for MORE alcohol when he saw Lucas in the room.

Haley congratulates Brooke on passing her test in front of Chase. Chase says he never doubted her.

Haley asks them "Have you guys seen Rachel?" and they say they had, about ten minutes ago. Haley begins looking for Rachel.

Peyton invites Lucas to take her up to the bedroom and have his way with her.

Rachel is on a table gyrating in front of a crowd of boys.

Haley: So how'd you do it Rachel?

Rachel: Do what?

Haley: Don't throw dumbass at me girlie, you stole that test, and I want to know how you did it!

Haley: 'you steal my key while I was in the hospital? Yeah! I bet you did, didn't you? You know I could have spent my time tutoring someone that actually needed it, and now I'm not going to have that oppurtunity again, thanks to you...

Rachel: Whatever.

Haley:(continued) So...*splashes a drink in her face*...that is for getting me fired... *bitch slaps her* ...and that is for trying to sleep with my husband!

Rachel: Bitch, you are lucky you’re pregnant!

Haley: Honey, you're lucky I'm pregnant! I think it's time you got your insecure, cheating skank ass outta this house right now!"

""Rachel:"" You bitch... *steps towards Haley*

However, before Rachel can do anything, Skillz steps in and advises Rachel that, "she bests be leaving", and tells Haley he said has the baby's back.

Wet Rachel is leaving the house when Brooke catches up to her. Rachel tells Brooke that Brooke failed the test. In a flashback we see that Rachel puts Brooke's name on a test and hide’s Brooke's real test. She did it so Brooke wouldn't lose the VS contract. Brooke thanks her.

Nathan asks Haley about her fight with Rachel and the baby starts to kick. Nathan puts his hand on her stomach and, smiling, hugs her.

Mouth's lying in a bed when Shelley comes in and apologizes to him. He's practically crying, telling Shelley he can't lie, he wants his first time to be with her. They start making out and their clothes come off.

Brooke and Chase talk. She's sad about Rachel but she doesn't tell him the truth.

On the TV an old tape is playing of Nathan making baskets and clips of him and Peyton kissing as Haley walks in front of the TV screen. During the clips of Nathan making jump shots a younger Peyton with long curly hair pops into the scene, watching Nathan while he dunks the ball. She's says "That's my baby!" and they start kissing. Haley watching looks down awkwardly and Bevin, standing next to Skills and watching, says to Haley "I thought you and Nathan were married."

Mouth and Shelley after sex! Skillz walks in, and Shelley is crying about breaking Clean Teen rules. She says goodbye and tells Mouth if he really likes her not to call her. Mouth is lying in bed sad again.

Dan brings Karen home and asks her to go to the prom with him as a chaperone. She says yes.

At the party Lucas and Peyton are upstairs getting ready to have sex, and Peyton tells him she now wants it all. They start kissing passionately.

Mouth comes downstairs Skills asks how he feels. He says he lost his virginity, his prom date and the girl he really could have loved all in one night. He tells Skills he couldn't feel worse.

Brooke and Nathan are outside in the yard talking and bonding nicely talking about Chase. She apologizes about the tests fiasco and Haley, he says it wasnt her fault. He's escaping watching his tape "Nathan Scores" that Skills put in the VCR. It's a bunch of clips of Nathan's old games. Nathan says it seems like another guy in those clips. Brooke tells him he was a jerk back then and how he and Peyton fought all the time when they were dating. He mentions that she and Peyton seem to be doing that now and asks her when is she going to let Peyton up off the mat. Nathan gets up in time for the sprinklers to go off. Brooke gets wet then she starts chasing him around the yard getting him wet too.

Lucas's closing voice over: If you could go back and change one thing about your life, would you? And if you did would that change make your life better? Or would that change ultimately break your heart?... Or break the heart of another? Would you choose an entirely different path? Or would you change just one thing just one moment that you always wanted back?

Rachel is at home looking at old cheerleading photos while packing stuff up, she puts the Ravens cheerleading photo in a box labeled "Tree Hill High," and puts the box next to other boxes with labels from other schools.

Shelley is walking and crying, while Mouth is inside watching the tape in the house.

Karen is looking at old photos of her and Dan at a special dance, it might be prom. The theme was winter wonderland.

The entire house is watching the tape when it switches to Nathan having sex with someone. Peyton hears her name and runs downstairs to stop the tape thinking she's the girl having sex with Nathan. She gets there to see that it's Nathan and Brooke getting ready to have sex, and they know the camera is rolling!
