Hi all,

I'm kinda new to wikipedia so please bear with me.

I've created exactly two wikipedia articles:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - I'm using this treatment to help me with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). Someone on SA-UK (http://www.social-anxiety.org.uk/) said that ACT wasn't a valid treatment option because there wasn't a wikipedia article on it, so I created one. Lots of people have since updated and fixed it, for which I'm very grateful.

Neil Rogers - Neil is a radio talk show host here in Miami. He's awesome. George (Jorge Rodriguez, his producer) mentioned he was going to create a wikipedia article on him. But after a week or so I noticed there still wasn't anything here on him, so I created one to get the ball rolling. Hopefully all the Neil Rogers fans will help add stuff to this article too.

Well anyway, I think free stuff is grand, and free education and information is the grandest free stuff of all. Wikipedia: rock on!!
