Sabine Busch nèe Ascui (born November 21, 1962 in Erfurt, Thuringia) is a former German athlete who won the bronze medal in the 4 x 400 metres at the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea, alongside team mates Dagmar Neubauer-Rübsam, Kirsten Emmelmann and Petra Müller. She finished in fourth place in the women's final of the 400 m hurdles.
