[edit] Plot/Synopsis
A narration by Count Spankulot reveals his job: he hunts down naughty kids and spanks them. Then one day, he accidentally spanks the wrong person. A local judge sentences the Count to prison for illegally spanking an innocent child.
While doing time behind bars, the Count decides that maybe he had been going about this all wrong. Upon his release, he plans never again to spank children; instead, he'd use his powers to help them. He contemplates how to do this and then discovers the KND COOLBUS racing past onto a playground. Then the KND jump out of the bus and proceed to defend the playground against Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb in their Superchair robot, but they seem to be no match for the robot. But just when it seems all is lost, Count Spankulot shows up and uses his weird powers to mess up the robot and then spanks Fibb and Wink. Then the Count tells the KND that he would like to join the KND to make amends for his terrible years spanking children. The KND reject the offer, but when the Count threatens to spank them, they get scared and change their minds quickly, and the Count goes home with them.
But as expected, Count Spankulot really gets on the KND's nerves. He tries to help out at every whim, but only succeeds in messing things up. He even manages to accidentally destroy half the treehouse! So they want him to leave, but no one wants to tell him. Then Numbuh 1 decides that the Count may actually come in handy for the night's super-big mission.
When night falls, the KND are called to scramble and Count Spankulot goes with them. As they take off in the COOLBUS, the Count keeps bugging the KND of what the mission is and Numbuh 1 explains that Mr. Fibb and Mr. Wink have constructed a more elaborate version of the Superchair and so they're going to stop them before they even start. The bus arrives at what looks like Wink and Fibb's house and discover the shadows of what look like the two villains. The Count then promptly goes into the house and spanks them. But it turns out to be the judge and his wife. The Count explains that it was a mistake, but...
The judge sentences Count Spankulot to eleventy trillion years with no chance of parole ever. As the Count is dragged out of the courtroom by two policemen, he passes by the KND, who are in the courtroom with him. Numbuh 1 tells him that it was tough luck that they went to the wrong house and that the Count made such a great teammate. The Count seems to cheer up a little. But then Numbuh 3 stupidly spills the beans about the whole scenario: they deliberately went to the wrong house and that they were responsible for getting the Count jailed in the first place. The Count becomes outraged, breaks out of the policemen's clutches, and swoops in on the KND...

The KND received an invitation from the Delightful Children From Down the Lane to a dance at their mansion. Numbuh 1 thinks it's a trap, so he told the KND it will be a mission. He told them to couple up so people don't know their actually on a mission. Numbuh 2 and 5 form a couple and Numbuh 3 and 4 form a couple instantly, leaving Numbuh 1 without a date. He calls Lizzie and asks her to be his "partner". While the KND laugh at him, she says she'd love to go on a date. Nigel says it's not a date, but Numbuh 3 interrupts and tells Lizzie they'll pick her up at seven.
Later that night, the KND arrive with Lizzie and the Delightful Children greet them. Nigel told them he's watching them. When they enter the ballroom, Numbuh 2 and 5 leave to eat some sandwiches and Numbuh 3 and 4 dance. While Numbuh 2 and 5 are at the snack table, Numbuh 1 busts in and tests the snacks for anything suspicious, but turns up nothing. Numbuh 2 tells him to have fun with his date.
Later, Nigel and Lizzie are dancing and she drags him to get their picture taken. It turns out it wasn't a camera, but a mind-control device. All the other kids were zapped and chased Nigel and Lizzie down the hall and into a closet, while Lizzie tries to take an official photo. The hypnotized kids find Nigel and Lizzie in a closet, but suddenly, Lizzie takes a picture and the flash returns them back to normal. Nigel flashes it at the other kids, causing them to turn back to normal.
The other KND members get the kids out of the mansion, while Nigel deals with the Delightful Children. Lizzie yells at him for ruining the date and Nigel becomes so furious, he tells her again that it's not a date and leaves her alone, embarrassing her at the same time. Nigel finds the Delightful Children and before they zapped him with the ray, Lizzie comes and yells at him for ruining the evening and sprays Nigel with some punch, but it hit the fuse box, destroying all the lasers. Nigel and Lizzie hug and the Delightful Children run out with Nigel and Lizzie.
While everyone was outside to safety, the mansion exploded, sending fireworks into the air. At the end of the show, Nigel holds Lizzie's hand.
