S. C. Lomax is a true crime writer who campaigns for those wrongly convicted. He has successfully campaigned for two men and is involved in high profile cases in both the United Kingdom and the United States. He also writes about other injustices and unsolved crimes. He is the author of the books Who Killed Jill Dando? (ISBN 0-7552-0503-0) and The Case of Barry George (ISBN 0-7552-0500-6).
