Södertörn University College or Södertörns högskola is a university college located in Huddinge Municipality and the larger area called Södertörn, in Stockholm County, Sweden. It was inaugurated in 1995 with some 1,000 students. In February 2005, it had 13,130 registered students. Its profile is multidisciplinary and multicultural.

The college hosts BEEGS, the Baltic and East European Graduate School, a project intended as a way to further studies on the Baltic region and East Europe in cooperation with Stockholm University. PhD students that apply and are accepted are accommodated and receive a full salary to finish their theses. The project is funded by the Swedish Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies (Östersjöstiftelsen).
