Séamus Healy

Séamus Healy (born 1950) is an Irish independent politician and Teachta Dála (TD) for Tipperary South.

A former hospital administrator, he was first elected to the 28th Dáil at a by-election on 22nd June 2000. He was re-elected at the 2002 general election.
