Ryszard Czarnecki (1963 in London) is a Polish politician and Member of the European Parliament for the DS & OP with the Self-Defense party, and is therefore a Non-Inscrit in the European Parliament.

on its Committee on Foreign Affairs, and is a substitute for the Committee on Constitutional Affairs and a member of the Delegation for relations with the countries of south-east Europe. Member of the "Group on South Asia" in the European Parliament.
