Ryohei Uchida

Ryohei Uchida (1877 - 1937, Uchida Ryohei) was a Japanese martial artist and a political activist. He was the son of Shinto Muso-ryu practitioner Uchida Ryogoro.[1]
His is most famous for his connection to the Genyosha nationalist group through his connections to Shinto Muso Ryu. Shinto Muso Ryu in Fukuoka was at one time tied to the national and asian supremist group Genyosha, which were known for raising funds and communications for Japanese colonialism during the 19th and 20th century. Ryohei Uchida, subsequently, was also heavily involved with this group.
