Ryan Powell (born February 23, 1978), is a US lacrosse player from West Carthage, New York. He was an All American player at Syracuse University. He plays the attack position.

He has played in Major League Lacrosse since 2001. He played for the Rochester Rattlers from 2001-2005, and beginning in 2006, he is a member of the San Francisco Dragons. Powell has also played indoor lacrosse with the National Lacrosse League with the Portland Lumberjax, after being drafted by the Buffalo Bandits.

His brothers Casey and Mikey also have enjoyed successful lacrosse careers.
