Ryan John Plackemeier (born March 5, 1984) is an american football punter who was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the last round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Wake Forest University. Plackemeier is a large punter at 6'3", 253 pounds. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks to a four-year, $1.652 million contract. In 2005 he won the Ray Guy Award for outstanding punting.
