Ryan Seacrest is a living person who makes public appearances. So, the image "illustrates a subject for which a free image that provides substantially the same information might reasonably be found or created" and does not meet the first criterion at WP:FUC. —ShadowHalo 12:02, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
