Ryūsei Nakao

Ryūsei Nakao (中尾 隆聖 Nakao Ryūsei?) (February 5, 1951 - ) is a Japanese actor, singer, and seiyū affiliated with 81 Produce. He was born in the Tokyo Metropolitan area as Tomoharu Takeo (竹尾 智晴 Takeo Tomoharu?).
As a seiyū, he is best known for his roles in Anpanman (Baikinman), Dragon Ball Z (Freeza), Ghost Stories (Kāya), and Bleach (Mayuri Kurotsuchi).
