My name is Ryan Woodsmall.

I am a Linux Systems Administrator at the University of Missouri - Columbia.

I am interested in Computing as a whole, and Operating Systems and CRPG and Game Programming specifically. I am also a fan of the NetBSD and Mach kernel-based operating systems on esoteric/non-standard (i.e., non-Personal computer) hardware.

I also enjoy Cycling (specifically on either a Fixed-gear bicycle or a Single-speed bicycle), Black Metal, Sundrop soda, Norse Mythology, Horror novels, Horror films and J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth/Lord of the Rings.

I have a budding interest in Philosophy, Taoism and Quantum mechanics. You know, because I'm confused by life?
