"Ruzica Si Bila" is one of the most popular songs of the legendary Yugoslavian Rock & Roll Band "Bijelo Dugme" (White Button). It was performed by Bijelo Dugme's 3rd and last frontman Alen Islamovic, born in Sokolac, near Bihac, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

"Ruzica Si Bila" ("You Were A Rose") is a nostalgic Rock & Roll ballad about painful nostalgia of a lost love. Considered one of the prime examples of Yugoslavian Rock & Roll of the 1970s and 1980s, "Ruzica Si Bila" stands as a classic song revered by generations of different ages of Serbo-Croatian speakers.
