Ruth Zakarian

Ruth Zakarian (born February 6, 1967) was the winner of the first ever Miss Teen USA pageant, held in 1983 in Lakeland, Florida.
She was born in Amsterdam, New York and represented the state of New York.
She later gained fame as an actress (under the name of Devon Pierce). Her most notable role was as "Diane Westin" on the soap opera The Young and the Restless. Ruth now lives with her daughter in Costa Rica.
