OK guys, the template was fully misleading and I told that several times on different talkpages. But nobody cared to change it.

So I just purged it from everywhere so it became orphaned. Now it may be either deleted or radically restructured with my help (we discuss, I search Russian links, you design). I'll add deletion template (TFD or whatever) if nobody volunteers soon. Best wishes, AlexPU 18:37, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
