Russell Martin (born January 4, 1986 in Brighton) is an English professional footballer currently playing for Wycombe Wanderers in Football League Two.

Despite being offered new terms by Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer of 2004, the young midfielder opted to join Wycombe on non-contract terms.

The 2004-05 season consisted of sporadic first team appearances and saw Russell tie himself to the club for the next two years in summer 2005. Russell is highly rated by former Wycombe manager John Gorman and Assistants Steve Brown and Keith Ryan. Russell won the Goal of the Season and made appearances at left-back, right-back, centre-half and in midfield during the 2005-06 season.
