Russell Hookey

Russell Hookey is a radio and television journalist and broadcaster working in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands - born on the Isle of Wight UK, 1974.
He worked extensively in commercial radio in the South of England before moving to the BBC's regional services - at one time producing and presenting with Jo-Anne Good (Breakfast Live in Brighton) and Paul Miller (radio DJ).
He's also known for his work with Britt Allcroft, the company behind children's TV favourites Thomas The Tank Engine, Sooty and Art Attack, which latterly became Gullane Entertainment.
He spent a long time with London media company Chrysalis broadcasting on LBC 97.3, LBC News 1152 & Heart 106.2 alongside Sandi Toksvig, Bonnie Langford, Jonno Coleman, James O'Brien (LBC), Pat Sharp and Toby Anstis.
He now presents and reports for Channel Television in the British Channel Islands.
