Russell Downing

Russell Downing (August 23, 1978) is an English bicycle racer, specialising in road cycling. He was the British National Road Race Champion in 2005. He currently rides for the Health Net Pro Cycling Team team. He is the younger brother of fellow cyclist Dean Downing.
