Russ Titelman is a music producer/songwriter

He has to date won three Grammy awards. He earned his first producing the Steve Winwood song "Higher Love", and his second and third for Eric Clapton's Unplugged album. Beginning his career in the 1960s, he has also worked with notable musicians such as the Monkees,George Harrison, the Bee Gees, Little Feat, Meat Loaf, Paul Simon, Brian Wilson, the Allman Brothers Band, James Taylor, Rickie Lee Jones, Chaka Khan, Ry Cooder, Randy Newman, and Gordon Lightfoot. After having worked for Warner Bros. for 20 years, Russ has been an independent producer since 1997. Russ co-wrote the song Gone Dead Train.

Recently Russ Titelman started his Indie music label, Walking Liberty Records NYC. One of his first productions on Walking Liberty Records was the debut record of Oklahoma singer-songwriter Jared Tyler. Scheduled for release in 2007, "Blue Alleluia", includes guest appearances from Emmylou Harris, Mac MacAnally, Mary Kay Place, and features Jared Tyler's multi-instrumental sound on eleven original songs.
