Ruslan Baltiev (born September 16, 1978) is a football midfielder from Kazakhstan. As of November 2006 he has played 48 international matches, a national record, for the Kazakhstan national football team. He has scored 8 international goals since his debut in 1997.
Baltiev started his career in FC Kairat Almaty, and has since played for CSKA-Qayrat, Yesil Petropavlovsk, FC Sokol Saratov, Dynamo Moscow and FC Moskva. He was loaned out to FC Shinnik Yaroslavl in 2005.
