[edit] Summary
Portrait by the Levitsky Studio of the last Russian Royal Family, Livadia, 1914.
Photo comes from my own photo collection, and was scanned by me. Today the original photograph is held at the Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia.
My rationale for fair use is to illustrate the article on the the last Russia Emperor, Nicholas II of Russia which was created for educational purposes, as no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information. Mrlopez2681 11:11, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
