Rupert Thomson

Rupert Thomson (born 1955) is a UK novelist who has published seven novels to date (2006).
Thomson was born on the southern coast of England, UK in 1955. He was educated at Christ's Hospital School. At seventeen years of age, he was awarded a scholarship to Cambridge University. After working as a copywriter in London, he moved to Italy in 1982. Since then, he has lived in many cities throughout the world, and currently resides in Barcelona, Spain.
